In an interview conducted with Meta News Agency , Dimitar Nikolovski – Executive Director of Eurothink – Center for European Strategies, spoke about the consequences of the devastating fires ravaging all over the country in the last couple of months as well as the outcomes of illegal logging as an additional problem towards climate change. The findings presented in the interview are part of the research conducted last year as part of a project supported by the Global Initiative against transnational organized crime and part of the ongoing project: “Bottom-up opposition to illegal logging in North Macedonia” – supported by the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) through the Canada Embassy in Belgrade.
