In the period from February 3 to February 16, 2021, EUROTHINK – Center for European Strategies organized the School of European Politics. The school included three working days and a total of nine presentations. Lecturers were eminent professors and experts from the Republic of North Macedonia and from countries in Southeast Europe—all of whom had experience in the process of European integration of the countries in the region—and from regional and international organizations. The school was attended by 30 attendees from NGOs working on issues included in Chapter 24 and representatives of the Border Police and other state institutions whose competence is linked to Chapter 24.
The concept of the School of European Politics focused on Chapter 24 – Justice, Freedom and Security. The aim of the School was to allow the lecturers to elaborate on the given topics and to start a discussion with the attendees with the intention of understanding Chapter 24 in relation to the other chapters in the process of European integration.
