Stefan Gjurovski recently joined EUROTHINK- Center for European Strategies as part of the project: “MladiHub building employment skills, competencies and networking opportunities for young people” that is supported by the British Embassy and the Office of the President of the Republic of North Macedonia. The project is implemented by the National Youth Council of Macedonia and MASIT. Stefan has previously acquired practical experience by conducting research at Okta refinery related to monitoring and analysis of phytoremediation of soil mixed with hydrocarbon sediment – planted with grain crops. He has actively participated in organizing a fair for organic products , agrobusiness forum and international symposium of agriculture and food at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food in Skopje. Stefan took part in a website development training implemented by MladiHub. He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture and Food, Ss. Cyril, and Methodius University in Skopje. His main areas of research interests at EUROTHINK are in the field of: Europeanization, mapping of the organization of crime in illegal logging and effects on agricultural production.
