Analysis of the set-up, performance and challenges in the operation of the Agency for Electronic Communications (AEC)

This research is conducted within the project “Monitoring of the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of the regulatory bodies AVMS and AEC – PROformance watch II. The purpose of the research is to give a complete picture of the internal and external challenges and obstacles faced by the Agency in its work so far, which will result in concrete conclusions and recommendations for overcoming them and achieving a higher level of efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and success in the future.
