The quality of the jobs offered by the companies established in TIDZ


The purpose of this document is to present the way of functioning of the TIDZ in the Republic of Macedonia, which is a point of separation with the economic development inherent in the EU member states. The quality of employment in the TIDZ is not a dimension in tailoring public policies related to the TIDZ. Therefore, a more detailed elaboration of the policies for job creation is needed, supplemented by a care for the quality of the jobs offered by the employers in the TIDZ. Increasing the minimum wage, mandatory establishment of trade unions, permanent labor inspection are just some of the measures that the Government needs to take in order to increase the quality of jobs.
