Perspectives – political analyses and commentary

The Heinrich Böll Foundation works independently and nurtures a spirit of intellectual openness. They maintain a world wide network with currently 30 international offices. Their work in Bosnia and Herzegovina concentrates on the democratization process, political education, and environmental protection and sustainable development. The articles collected in their issue of Perspectives, tell different stories about the current challenges of international intervention in Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia i one dedicated to Macedonia. In the article written by MCET Director, Bojan Maricik, the focal view is put of the main features of the implementation of the Przino Agreement, and how they have been unreasonable delays and constant obstructions by the biggest and most powerful political party, VMRO-DPMNE.
