Eurotink within the project “Butel municipality open for youth” on March 27 and 28, the events were held in the premises of the Butel municipality, held trainings on youth policies.
The participants of the trainings had the opportunity to acquire the basic idea of youth policies and their creation, in the interest of youth representation. They also got acquainted with the principles of strategic planning and submitting applications to European funds as part of the development skills corpus. These topics are inherently related to the interests of the Local Youth Council, which will soon be elected and will function within the Butel Municipality.
The topics that were covered are the following:
1) Youth policies, youth participation, legal and institutional framework, youth representation;
2) Strategic planning;
3) European and other funds for youth and
4) Skills for developing project ideas.
This activity coincides with the set goal that goes in the direction of bringing the municipal administration, LMS and the Municipality closer to the young people who come from the Butel Municipality territory.

The project “Butel municipality open to youth” is supported by the European Union within the framework of the project “Youth participation for strong and sustainable development of the community” implemented by the Coalition of youth organizations SEGA. The project began to be implemented on September 1, 2022, and will last until May 2023.
