EUROTHINK – Center for European Strategies and Institute for Democracy ‘Societas Civilis’ Skopje believe it is time for the Deputy Prime Minister and the Secretariat for European Affairs to take decisive steps to review the negotiating structure and complete the negotiating team and working groups to prepare negotiating positions.
