From 18 to 23 September 2019, in Madrid, Spain was held the third short-term mobility – international learning activity, which was attended by representatives of EUROTHINK – Center for European Strategies, San Carlos School in Madrid, Spain and the Center for Educational Integration of Children and Students from ethnic minorities – CEIEDEM ”from Bulgaria as a leading organization. The event is part of the Ethnic Minority Integration School Hub project of the Erasmus + program, Key Action 2: Collaborating on Innovation and Sharing Good Practices.

The mobility program included working visits to institutions and organizations working with children from vulnerable groups, meetings with representatives of state institutions responsible for educational integration in Spain, and the organization of a webinar where the practices of all three countries around the integration process were presented regarding socialization of children and students from different ethnic groups.

The project aims to create and develop an inter-sectoral network for sharing and transmitting good practices in the field of prevention of dropout (early school leaving) of students from vulnerable groups, primarily through the collection and exchange of knowledge, improving prevention in early school leaving, as well as improving intervention practices.

The project is funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Commission through the Center for Human Resources Development.
