Analysis of the Energy Regulatory Commission’s performance

Main goal of this analysis is to answer the question: “Whether and to what extent ERC performs its tasks of independent regulatory and supervisory body in the Republic of Macedonia?” In that, the analysis will attempt to answer two subquestions, as follows: 1) Whether and to what extent ERC successfully performs its law-stipulated competences? and 2) To what extent is ERC independent, transparent and accountable for its performance?
