CHALLENGES IN MANAGEMENT WITH THE PRE-ACCESSION INSTRUMENT

This document analyzes the utilization of EU funds in the Republic of North Macedonia through the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (2007-2013). Thereby, the emphasis is placed on the funds that are managed through the so-called decentralized implementation system. The main goal is to use the knowledge obtained from the analysis to improve the utilization of European funds.
