Has Macedonia gone overboard for Europe?

In the process of Europeanization of society, in addition to the well-known Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), in the period 2007-2013, Macedonia had at its disposal the so-called Community Programs. Community programs are instruments for creating “European added value” in areas where there is a need for deeper integration (research and innovation, education, culture, industrial policy, social policy, etc.). The methodology we applied in this research aimed to gather the necessary data so that the evidence-based research could offer viable recommendations for improving the participation of Macedonian organizations in Community Programs, thus accelerating the Europeanization of Macedonia.
